In order to move to new equipment, we are updating the dial-up number for your Internet service. Please update your computer with the following information on but not before Wednesday, July 1, 2009 to ensure uninterrupted service.

On most Windows computers the following steps will apply.

  1. Start | Settings | Control Panel | Network and Internet Connections
  2. Right-click on Citadel Network and choose Properties
  3. Edit the dial-up phone number with the local access number for your location, from the following list.

If you are on the 50-hour plan, you must also change your dial-up login from user@cnz.com to user@silver.cnz.com. This applies only to the 50-hour plan, and only to your dial-up login (your email login does not change). If you are not on the 50-hour plan, do not change your login name.
